Job Summary Monday‑Friday | Full‑time | On‑site The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the HR team and company leadership to support the full‑cycle recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role plays a key part in ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the position assists in monitoring recruiting‑related expenses and ensuring effective use of resources. Recruiting Coordinator Essential Duties And Responsibilities Review and process requisition forms in coordination with department managers and HR team Post job openings on internal systems (e.g., ADP) and external job boards Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, especially for high‑volume, hourly roles Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts or facility locations Support HR Generalists in extending offers of employment and coordinating background checks Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR shared drive Support employment branding initiatives, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed Assist in the coordination of hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns Partner with leadership for regular workforce planning and talent discussions Generate and maintain Basic Recruitment Reports Other duties as assigned Benefits Competitive base pay, and year‑end bonus opportunity Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Employer paid life and short‑term disability insurance PTO, paid holidays and paid leave program Internal advancement opportunities Regular Employee Appreciation events Employee pricing program on RJ Schinner sold products ½ off RJ Schinner Apparel, and much more! Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑focused mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP Familiarity with employment law related to recruitment (i.e.. EEOC) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines Forward‑thinking problem‑solving ability and strong attention to detail Standards of Performance Consistent and timely execution of all core responsibilities Responsive communication with employees, candidates, and hiring managers Compliance with all hiring‑related federal, state, and local employment regulations Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Administration, or related field preferred.
