Senior Bookkeeper

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Manage full cycle bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts, including transaction processing and account maintenance. Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial records to ensure accuracy. Prepare journal entries, assist with month end close activities, and support the preparation of financial reports. Coordinate with tax and accounting teams by providing financial information, documentation, and supporting schedules. Assist with client onboarding, accounting system setup, and special financial projects as needed. Requirements 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a professional environment. Previous experience managing multiple client accounts and balancing competing deadlines. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Prior experience with account reconciliations, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Ability to prepare financial reports and support compliance related filing activities. Qualifications Previous experience in a public accounting, CPA firm, or multi client environment. Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month end reporting processes. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams. Prior experience with bookkeeping technology, certifications, or additional accounting software platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
