As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force helping residents find the perfect place to call home, customising tours and ensuring a luxury living experience. Weekend availability, especially Saturday, is required. Responsibilities and Desired Attributes Deliver incredible customer service, creating community and going the extra mile to create a spectacular experience for new residents. Apply sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance, create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media. Follow through on leads with tailored updates, sharing details about floorplans, local attractions, and community events. Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
