Take your place on our strong team, and help us make significant contributions to the world.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Operations daily, attending stand ups and monthly meetings.Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data.Participate in monthend closing including journal entry preparation and variance analysis.Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Conduct customer centric reporting and analysisLead various Operations finance projectsPerform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.Minimum Requirements/QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or other relevant areaAt least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organizationHiring CriteriaProven ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselinesPossess advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint and OracleStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers and senior managementDemonstrated continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processesAbility to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfullySelf-motivated with a bias for actionCommitment to continued learning, show career progression and seek opportunities to stretch capabilities.Possess high level of integrity and ethicsTeamwork-oriented with collaborative styleOur mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
