Job Requirement:In This Role, You Will Lead and inspire the sales team toward consistent performance and growth Provide hands-on coaching and meaningful development to sales consultants Introduce fresh strategies and modern approaches to the sales process Create a positive, professional, and accountable sales culture Help identify opportunities to improve processes, customer engagement, and overall performance Partner with dealership leadership to achieve both short- and long-term objectives Ensure every guest interaction reflects the exceptional level of service and professionalism associated with Lexus The Right Fit We’re looking for someone who has enough experience to understand the business, but isn't so set in their ways that they’ve stopped looking for ways to improve it.
