TLC Care Services Job description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide quality nursing care in patients’ homes. The ideal candidate has strong clinical assessment skills, works independently, and is committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team. Location: Anchorage, Alaska Hourly Rate: $40-$48 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / On-Call Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year nursing experience (home health or hospital preferred) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Able to work independently in the field Good communication and documentation skills Strong competency in clinical assessment and critical thinking Job Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status Administer medications and perform wound care, injections, and other ordered treatments Develop, implement, and update patient care plans Complete required clinical documentation, including OASIS when applicable Report significant changes in patient condition to the care team and physician Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain a safe environment during home visits Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and care decisions Review and sign care plans as required Support development and implementation of nursing protocols and clinical procedures, as authorized Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr LocumJobsOnline
