Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of issues.

• Facilitating discussions on sensitive topics such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with colleagues to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients, ensuring their psychological, emotional, and social needs are met.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client records and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Your client base will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families, reflecting the unique demographic of Harrisburg and surrounding areas. You will work with:
