Hiring: Technical Specialist – IBM Sterling OMS Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite per Week We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist – IBM Sterling OMS with strong expertise in order management solutions, API integrations, microservices architecture, AWS cloud technologies, and retail/omnichannel environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) and experience supporting enterprise-scale order management and integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, enhance, and support solutions using IBM Sterling OMS . Work on integrations between Sterling OMS and enterprise applications using APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies. Support scalable solutions deployed within AWS cloud environments . Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to order processing, inventory, fulfillment, and integrations. Collaborate with architects, developers, business teams, and other technical stakeholders. Participate in technical planning, solution design, estimation, implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development and delivery lifecycle. Support retail and omnichannel processes involving order capture, fulfillment, inventory availability, and order lifecycle management. Contribute to technical improvements, modernization initiatives, and solution roadmaps. Mandatory Skills Microservices Architecture AWS Cloud Preferred Qualifications Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) , especially Safety Stock Planning Inventory Optimization Experience in retail, omnichannel commerce, or supply chain environments Experience working with cloud-native solutions hosted on AWS Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies Experience contributing to product roadmaps and strategic technology initiatives Nice to Have Inventory Management Solutions Work Authorization / Engagement W2 opportunities are available.
