Our team partners with volunteer Boards to deliver exceptional service, sound financial management, and operational excellence while creating communities where residents are proud to live. We are seeking a relationship-focused individual to oversee a portfolio of homeowner and condo associations in North Carolina's beautiful Outer Banks. As the trusted advisor to community Board Members, you'll help guide financial decisions, oversee property operations, coordinate vendors, and support thriving communities. Whether your experience comes from community association management, property management, vacation rental management, or a similar role, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned homeowner association Boards. Prepare for and attend Board meetings, providing professional guidance and recommendations. Develop and monitor association budgets while reviewing monthly financial reports. Monitor delinquency rates and collection process and approve all community Invoices. Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor services, and capital improvements. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure community standards are maintained. Build positive relationships with Board members, homeowners, residents, vendors, and business partners. Ensure compliance with governing documents, contracts, and applicable regulations. Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to each community. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Three or more years of experience in community association management, property management, vacation rental management, hospitality management, or similar role. Experience using property management software (CINC preferred). Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interpret financial reports and assist with budgeting. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. CMCA designation or ability to obtain the certification within six months of hire (company supported).
