Program CoordinatorStatus: Full-Time HourlyFLSA classification: Non-ExemptSalary: $45,000Summary of the Position: Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the Philadelphia program and ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery. Working closely with the Program Director, this position assists with program administration, staff support, participant intake and referral processes, and contract compliance activities.The Program Coordinator serves as both an operational leader and direct service team member, helping ensure program goals are met while also providing advocacy services to youth and families.
