About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development of a modern, data-driven marketing function. This executive will be tasked with defining and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving customer acquisition, and leading multi-channel demand generation programs. A key focus will be on shaping the value proposition and brand narrative to resonate with technical buyers, as well as supporting product launches and lifecycle management. The role also involves equipping the sales team with high-impact tools and content, overseeing digital marketing strategy, and building a strong market presence through events and industry engagement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years' progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation and revenue growth within complex sales environments. Experience in supporting channel, distribution, or contractor-driven go-to-market models is highly relevant. The role requires a leader with a strong grasp of modern marketing technology, including CRM, automation, analytics, and AI tools, and a history of building and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to operate strategically while also being a hands-on leader. Responsibilities also include team leadership, budget management, and driving the adoption of modern tools and capabilities.
