- Also Manager is Flexible with Wednesday to Sunday shift
With your passion for people, youll partner with Production Supervisors, Union Stewards, and hourly employees to support plant engagement and provide excellent customer service. Youll use your attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage HR activities, including communications, referrals, personnel files, onboarding, training, and community initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 12 years of HR experience
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for supporting employees and the business.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential personnel records and employment data.
- Partner with Production Supervisors and the HR team on production paperwork, attendance, grievances, and employee concerns.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and support engagement efforts.
- Track and report HR metrics as needed.
- Support plant projects, events, training, and onboarding while following the collective bargaining agreement.
- Provide support with HRIS, payroll, benefits, well-being, and ethics programs.
