Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality instruction and course materials including syllabi, assessments, and clinical assignments. Assesses student performance through timely grading, feedback, office hours, clinical, and formal evaluation. Provides academic support to students through regular communication, individualized assistance, and targeted intervention strategies, including referrals to appropriate support services. Advises students on academic progression, course planning, and career pathways, while providing mentorship in research, clinical practice, or field-based learning as applicable.
