Starpath Robotics in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), CA is seeking a Head of Talent to own recruiting strategy and build our people function from the ground up. You will manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering and technical roles, define the interview process, and set sourcing pipelines to attract hard-to-find talent that can scale with the company's moon-and-mars ambitions. You will close candidates yourself initially, implement an ATS-driven workflow, calibrate comp bands with leadership, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Starpath Robotics
