Mission

Perform duties to provide administrative, and clerical support for Administrative Assistant and other General Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to

Profile

DUTIES:

Daily and Monthly Office Paperwork
Accounts Payable
D.O.T. Physicals - Tracking, Reporting, Scheduling
General Files, and Office Duties
ADA Eligibility Certification
Money Room Count
Answer Phones
Human Resources Functions
Dispatching as needed
Purchasing Supplies
Other Duties as assigned

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:

Computer terminals and common office equipment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:?

Graduation from high school, GED or work experience equivalent.

Hourly pay: $16.00/HR

Part time schedule

M-F. 8:00am to 1:00 pm
