About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead the establishment of a dedicated AI function within its investment banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, deployment, and adoption of AI tools that enhance deal-making activities. This includes designing and building AI-powered applications for core IB workflows, owning the full development lifecycle, and integrating solutions with the firm's data infrastructure to deliver context-aware insights. The role also involves establishing technical standards, collaborating with coverage groups to identify AI opportunities, and managing the AI request intake pipeline. The VP will be a key player in driving the AI strategy, contributing to the long-term roadmap, and ensuring that all AI solutions comply with data sensitivity and regulatory constraints. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial services role, with a deep understanding of IB deal processes. Hands-on experience in architecting and deploying LLM-based solutions, full-stack prototyping skills, and proficiency in a programming language are essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate high-stakes, ambiguous environments. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI solutions within compliance and regulatory frameworks.
