Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.

Client Interaction:
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Assist clients with inquiries and provide general information about the firm.
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

Administrative Support:
Prepare, sort, and distribute documents, correspondence, and memos.
Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Coordinate conference room bookings and set up for meetings.
Support attorneys and staff with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
