Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Engineer


Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $70/hr

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions and infrastructure tools with a focus on OS-agnostic systems design.
• Automate system administration tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, shell scripting, and other automation tools.
• Create and implement Python-based automation scripts to optimize infrastructure operations.
• Develop and integrate secure API solutions to support scalable system interactions across diverse environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business needs.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with 8+ years of professional DevOps or software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience working with Linux (especially RHEL) and Windows environments in large-scale IT settings.
• Proficiency in Ansible for automation, with strong skills in PowerShell and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Python for infrastructure automation and tooling development.
• Familiarity with the Red Hat ecosystem (e.g., Satellite, RHEL) and enterprise IT management processes.
