Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify needs, limitations, and functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize clinically proven techniques to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of one patient per hour to ensure focus and quality of care for each individual.
• Utilize manual therapy skills effectively to relieve pain and enhance movement.
• Employ various modalities and interventions to support rehabilitation, adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Document assessments, treatments provided, and patient progress meticulously to maintain accurate medical records compliant with EMR standards.
• Communicate openly with patients about their treatment plans, encouraging their active participation in the rehabilitation process.
• Provide education on exercise routines and other wellness practices tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement toward recovery goals.
• Engage in inter-professional collaboration to enhance overall patient care and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our commitment is to empower patients by providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary for self-management and successful rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California with no disciplinary actions affecting your license.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and the ability to create effective exercise regimens customized for diverse patient needs.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential, particularly familiarity with platforms like WebPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and educating patients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proven track record of developing successful rehabilitation programs and achieving favorable patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
