Logistics Coordinator

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) Job Type : Full-time Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English and capable of handling daily ocean freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily ocean freight operations Track shipment status and follow up with carriers, warehouses, truckers, and customs brokers Assist with customs clearance coordination and shipping documentation Handle operational issues, delays, or unexpected situations promptly and professionally Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates, questions, and issue resolution Support internal operations and provide administrative assistance as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin required) Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure Ability to handle unexpected situations independently and efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to learn and acquire the knowledge Experience with ocean import/export operations Familiarity with shipping documents and logistics terminology Experience communicating with overseas agents or customers We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the logistics industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr F1 Global, Inc
