HR Assistant

Qualifications Education: High School Years of experience: 2 Experience in administrative positions preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Tasks Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation. Record data for each employee such as attendance. Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. Aid in administering employee benefit programs. Prepare and set up for new employee orientations. Gather personnel records from other departments or employees. Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions. Search employee files to obtain information for authorized persons and organizations, such as credit bureaus and finance companies. Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment. Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability. File/Scan records. Track and schedule training. Ensure internal compliance. Track and prepare performance evaluation documents. Assist in safety committee and policies. Provide back up for general office duties such as answering phones. $19-24/hr depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
