Clinical Research Coordinator I

• Manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity
• Perform clinical procedures
• Lead study coordination from start to finish
• Recruit patients and obtain informed consent
• Maintain regulatory documentation
• Participate in site audits
• Work with investigators, sponsors, and monitors
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal training

Requirements Hands-on experience obtaining vital signs Hands-on experience performing phlebotomy Hands-on experience conducting ECGs Experience processing lab specimens Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process CRC I: Minimum of 1–3 years in a clinical research setting at a clinical investigative site working with participants Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and time management Comfortable using CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office tools Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing clinical trials, including patient recruitment, regulatory documentation, and site operations.
