About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead the transformation of its global TA function. The successful candidate will be tasked with redefining the way the company attracts, engages, and hires talent to support its growth, innovation, and enterprise priorities. This role requires a strategic leader who can shape and execute a modern, scalable, technology-enabled TA strategy that delivers measurable business impact. The VP will be responsible for leading a large, global team, driving consistent, high-quality recruiting outcomes, and establishing a proactive, insight-led organization. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end TA process, overseeing external partnerships, and influencing senior leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities. Applicants for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA or Master's degree. A minimum of 12 years' progressive TA and/or HR leadership experience is required, with a proven track record of leading global or multi-region teams at scale. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy change leader with strong commercial and business acumen, capable of driving enterprise-wide impact and leading through transformation. Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to inclusive leadership are essential.
