About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to take on a key leadership role within its multi-business-line enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, cash management, and treasury operations, with a focus on building and presenting complex financial narratives to executive leadership and stakeholders. This role requires a leader who can go beyond traditional oversight, and who is adept at maintaining clear reporting, profitability analyses, and cost-allocation methodologies across distinct business streams. The VP of Finance will also be expected to manage and optimize cost structure models, with a deep understanding of both physical product COGS and digital/SaaS unit economics. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a postgraduate degree and at least 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, including a proven track record as a VP of Finance, Finance Director, or Senior FP&A Leader. The role demands a professional with strong strategic communication skills, cost accounting mastery, and treasury expertise. The ideal candidate will be a geographic flexible, with the willingness to travel as needed, and prior experience in publishing, media, or printing business models is a strong plus. Key responsibilities include leading the FP&A function, developing and presenting financial models, and leading the finance and accounting team to drive continuous improvement in financial controls and processes.
