About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to take on a pivotal, enterprise-wide leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the organization. This includes the consolidation of segment-level planning into a single enterprise capability, standardizing processes, and infusing predictive and prescriptive insights into decision-making. The role is not limited to budgeting and forecasting; it demands a finance leader with an operational mindset, focused on identifying and quantifying opportunities for margin expansion, pricing optimization, and overall business profitability. The VP will be the financial engine behind the company's commercial excellence, digital experience, and software offerings, and will be instrumental in driving the financial aspects of the company's growth and value-creation story.
