About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its MedTech team, which is part of a leading upper middle-market investment bank with a highly regarded healthcare investment banking platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, with a focus on upper middle-market and large-cap deals within the medical technology sector. This role involves being the primary client contact, overseeing the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials, as well as managing and mentoring a team of Associates and Analysts. The Vice President will also be involved in driving buyer and investor outreach, managing diligence processes, and partnering with Managing Directors on new business development within the medical technology space. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-7+ years of investment banking M&A experience, preferably within MedTech, broader healthcare, or a closely related sector. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in executing upper middle-market to large-cap transactions, strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills, and the ability to manage and develop junior bankers. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with FINRA Series 79 and 63 or the ability to obtain them. The ideal candidate will be part of a top-ranked, nationally recognized healthcare investment banking practice and will be joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial team with a strong and growing deal pipeline.
