Must Have Skills
Field workforce management (WFM) tool experience Hands-on experience with field dispatch workforce management tools such as Salesforce Field Service Oracle Field Service (TOA) ClickSoftware ServiceNow FSM or IFSClevest specifically involving technician scheduling route dispatch Eligible to workimization appointment capacity management or geofenced job execution
Candidates WFM experience must be field mobile workforce not contact center agent scheduling.

Nice to have skills
Work directly with business stakeholders (not only within a BA team) with strong written and verbal communication skills up to VPlevel audiences.
Strong analytical thinking stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior leadership
