Business Analyst L3

Role Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst with telecom industry experience to support billing and customer management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with telecom billing platforms, preferably ICOMS, along with Salesforce expertise. This individual will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document functional specifications, and support successful project delivery within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT activities. Conduct impact assessments and identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and business sign-off. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Experience within the telecommunications industry. Hands‑on experience with telecom billing platforms, preferably ICOMS. Experience working with Salesforce. Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
