Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for an energetic, creative, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

This position is responsible for helping grow Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth by building relationships within our community, creating memorable experiences for our guests, supporting restaurant events and promotions, and helping tell our story through local marketing and social media.

We're looking for someone who loves people, enjoys being involved in the community, and is excited about finding creative ways to bring guests into our restaurant and strengthen their connection with our Chick-fil-A.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute local restaurant marketing initiatives
• Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, sports teams, and community organizations
• Coordinate Spirit Nights, community events, fundraisers, and restaurant promotions
• Help identify opportunities to grow sales and increase guest visits
• Create and manage engaging local social media content
• Promote catering and help develop relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Assist with new product launches and Chick-fil-A promotional campaigns
• Help coordinate in-restaurant events and special guest experiences
• Look for creative ways to surprise and delight our guests
• Represent Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth at community events
• Track marketing efforts and help determine which programs are producing results
• Work closely with the Operator and our Executive Leadership team to support restaurant sales and business goals
