Azure Data Architect With SAS
This role is ideal for an experienced Data Architect who is ready to drive data strategy and architecture in a dynamic, agile environment. Key details:
- Experience: 12–15 years in Data Engineering and Architecture
- Location: Remote
What You'll Do:
- Define data platform strategy, migration strategy, and validation strategy.
- Design, create, test, and maintain end-to-end data management and processing systems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and contribute to platform roadmap, architecture, and technical evaluations.
- Implement data warehousing, data models, and data pipelines, addressing non-functional requirements and benchmarking.
- Introduce innovative data management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant.
- Take ownership of the complete ETL process and improve data quality and reliability.
Must-Have Skills:
- Real-time processing frameworks like Apache Spark and PySpark
- Strong experience with Azure
- SQL-based technologies (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB)
- Experience with Snowflake
- Strong problem-solving mindset in an agile environment
