Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 + Company Vehicle

We are seeking a Site Coordinator who enjoys working in the field, coordinating projects, and collaborating with skilled trades professionals. This role is ideal for someone who prefers being on job sites rather than behind a desk.

Position Overview


The Site Coordinator will serve as a key link between project management, fabrication, and field installation teams. This role involves site visits, surveys, pre-bid evaluations, and field coordination to ensure projects are properly scoped and executed efficiently.


This is a field-heavy role, with most time spent traveling to job sites throughout the DMV area.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and pre-bid evaluations
• Take detailed site photos and document existing conditions
• Measure installation areas and verify field conditions
• Coordinate with field installation teams and project managers
• Identify access requirements, equipment needs, and installation challenges
• ssist with project planning and logistics
• Communicate job site conditions to fabrication and management teams
• Track project progress and provide updates
• Ensure safety requirements and job site protocols are followed
• Support scheduling and coordination of installations and service work

Qualifications

• Experience working within skilled trades, construction, or signage industry
• Prior experience conducting site surveys or field coordination preferred
• bility to read drawings and understand basic construction documents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to job sites
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• bility to climb ladders and walk active job sites when needed
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for photos and documentation

Preferred Experience

• Commercial signage industry experience
• Construction or field coordination experience
• Installation or fabrication background
• Experience working with general contractors or property managers

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 (Based on experience)
