Remote Call Center Claims & Sales Representative

Green Oak Exteriors is hiring a confident, persistent, and highly professional call center representative. We provide roofing, siding, and other exterior home-improvement services.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who is not easily discouraged by the word “no.” The right candidate knows how to overcome objections, continue following up, and professionally advocate for our customers without becoming rude or aggressive.

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Call homeowners after their property inspections.
* Explain inspection findings and the next steps clearly.
* Convert qualified post-inspection customers into filed homeowner insurance claims.
* Follow up consistently with customers who have open claims.
* Contact insurance adjusters and insurance agencies for updates.
* Professionally and persistently pursue needed answers, documents, approvals, and claim updates.
* Assist with claim approvals, supplements, supporting documentation, and continued follow-up.
* Call new and existing leads to schedule appointments.
* Overcome objections and confidently ask customers to move forward.
* Maintain complete and accurate notes in our CRM.
* Complete every assigned follow-up activity on time.

**Performance Expectations**

* Maintain a minimum 75% conversion rate on qualified post-inspection customers moving forward with filing a claim.
* Follow up consistently and professionally—one “no” should not end the conversation.
* Meet outbound-calling and appointment-setting expectations.
* Keep accurate records of every conversation and next step.
* Remain professional when speaking with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and insurance agencies.

**Compensation**

* $8 per hour
* $5 commission for every homeowner claim filed
* $10 commission for every claim approved
* Additional earning opportunities may become available based on performance and assigned responsibilities.

**Non-Negotiable Requirements**

* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Clear, confident, and highly professional phone presence.
* Previous call center and sales experience.
* Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
* Persistent and not easily discouraged.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Able to professionally apply pressure and follow up with customers and insurance agencies.
* Organized, dependable, and consistent.
* Reliable computer and quality noise-canceling headset.
* High-speed, dependable internet connection.
* Backup internet source, such as a mobile hotspot.
* Backup power solution for electrical outages.
* A quiet and professional workspace.
* Experience in roofing, siding, home services, insurance claims, or supplements is strongly preferred.
