Key Responsibilities Assist CNAs in performing ADL and routine care Conduct resident/patient treatments Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care Submit pharmacy orders Accurately document and record all information Administer injections as prescribed Observe resident health and communicate current condition to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging Manage IVs and start IV drips Monitor fluid/food intake and output Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and presence of skin breakdowns Assist in admissions process About Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center: Working here means becoming part of our family dedicated to caring for seniors.
