Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Project Kick-Off Meeting with Project Management Team and Estimating TeamProcess Monthly Client AIA G702/G703 Pay Applications through Procore/SAGE softwareManaging Subcontractor Project AIA Invoicing through Procore/SAGE softwareAccounts Receivable & AR Collections Follow up with clients on outstanding pay applicationsAssist CFO with weekly Subcontractor paymentsAssist CFO with month end closing processComplete project financial closeout upon completion of projectGeneral Conditions expense monitoringMonthly Project Financial reviews with Project Managers and CFOPerform other duties as assigned by CFOQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar field1-3 years' experience related to the Construction Project Accountant RoleAIA billing experience preferredNYC and NYS public agency billing preferredSage 300 & Procore Software experience preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillscob1Salary/Rate:US$85,000 - US$100,000 per annumJob Type:Office BasedContract Type:PermanentTown/City:ManhattanCounty:New YorkSector:Finance & AccountingJob ref:JN -072026-85518_1783952217Post Date:07. 13. 2026
