Description Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Pain Management Glendale, AZ | Full-Time flexible schedule Join AZ Pain Doctors and make a lasting impact on patients living with chronic pain. Work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice where you'll expand your clinical expertise, and enjoy a rewarding Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Review imaging and diagnostic studies Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions Develop individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Respond to patient questions and care-related messages Collaborate closely with physicians regarding interventional pain management procedures Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving quality of life What We're Looking For Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing Active DEA and CDS licenses Previous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred Pain management, neurology, spine, or outpatient clinic experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM; subject to change) No nights, weekends Competitive compensation based on experience Performance bonus opportunity Malpractice coverage provided Comprehensive benefits package Supportive, physician-led team environment Opportunity to develop expertise in a growing specialty Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., pain management, neurology) preferred Proven experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Knowledge of electronic health record systems and documentation standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Arizona pain doctors
