Overview HealthEdge is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers. As we scale, the systems our teams run on need a function that can keep them healthy, scalable and genuinely useful to the people who depend on them every day. We’re hiring a Manager of Business Operations, Technology to build and lead that function. As a manager, you’ll lead the team that owns Salesforce and other GTM technologies – setting the roadmap, driving configuration and enhancements, and making sure end users across GTM Technology get the support they need. This role is equal part technical ownership and stakeholder partnership. In This Role, You’ll Get To Own the Salesforce and the evolving GTM Technology systems ecosystem. You’ll set the roadmap, prioritize the work and drive enhancements aligned to Business goals. Lead, coach and grow a team of systems analysts and administrators – fostering a team culture of technical rigor, clear communication and strong delivery. Build deep partnerships with GTM and Technology leaders – understanding their goals, surfacing the right opportunities and translating what they need into configurations, integrations and enhancements that solve the problem. Keep the systems healthy: configuration, security, integrations, data integrity and the day‑to‑day support that keeps end users moving. Run the intake and prioritization process for systems work, connecting requests back to business goals, sequencing the work thoughtfully and keeping the right stakeholders bought in. Build dashboards and reporting that surface what’s happening across our systems at a glance – with AI accelerating data prep and surfacing patterns automatically. Identify automation opportunities and use AI tools to scale the team’s output across configuration, support, documentation and analysis. Build and develop a GTM BSA team. Keep leadership in the loop – shipping updates, flagging risks early and making clear where the team needs support. We’re Looking for People Who Have 5+ years of direct experience owning enterprise systems like Salesforce – including configuration, integrations, data and end‑user support. Have 2+ years of experience managing a technical team and are passionate about coaching, developing and holding a team accountable while still contributing directly to complex work. Are exceptional partners – comfortable building trust with senior stakeholders, facilitating requirements conversations and bringing the right people into the room at the right time. Are AI‑first, already weaving AI into how they work and ready to set that standard for their team. Have a deep understanding of how business systems support GTM and Technology functions. Have an eye for identifying overly complex processes and developing simple, scalable alternatives. Can sift through business requirements to identify the most impactful solutions. Are passionate about collaboration and effective communication across the business. May require travel depending on company needs. The annual US base salary range for this position is $139,000 to $150,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge.
