Office Manager/Executive Assistant- International Bank

Atlantic Group

Prestigious International Bank Seeks an Office Manager/Executive Assistant

*Support the Managing Director/Head of Bank

*Administrative Support- Calendars, Scheduling, etc.

*Prepare Agendas, Meeting Materials & Presentations

*Expense Reports

*Office Management

*Manage Employee Social Events/Oversee Event Planning- Including Major Global Events & Conferences

*Travel Arrangements

*Oversee Relationships with Third Party Vendors

*Assists with Managing Relationship with Building

*Oversees Office Supplies, Lunches, Inventory, etc.

Qualifications:

*3-7 Years of Office Management/Executive Assistant Experience

*Ideal Candidates will be Coming out of Financial Services

*Strong Communication Skills

Base Salary 100k-120k + Bonus & Excellent Benefits & Full Comprehensive Package. Great Culture, Hours & Quality of Life. Hybrid Schedule.
