Property Manager

Job Title Property Manager Company Prologis Location Ontario, California Employment Type Full time Key Responsibilities Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move‑in and move‑out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance. Identify and anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions. Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating expert understanding of Prologis value‑added products and services and aligning them to customer needs. Own and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with portfolio of customers. Use technical tools (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi, PeopleSoft) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights. Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills. High negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements. Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio. Required Qualifications 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties. Current Real Estate sales license in the State of California or ability to obtain a license within six months of employment. Commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or collaboratively. Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes. Analytical skills preferred. Salary Range $97,000 - $133,000 per annum (base salary; bonus target to be determined).
