Mid‑Senior Level Private Equity Associate

Location: New York, NY

About the Role: Successful candidates will work with middle‑market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and family offices in leveraged buyouts and with family‑owned businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with sell‑side M&A transactions.

Responsibilities: You will serve as a key team member and responsible attorney on M&A transactions, guiding clients through complex deals from start to finish.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• At least four (4) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and in‑house environment
• Active law license in New York
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and business judgement
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States
