We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a busy healthcare organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role combines employee support, talent acquisition, policy guidance, and HR administration to help managers and staff navigate day-to-day human resources needs. The position is well suited to someone who is detail oriented, can build strong working relationships, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and maintain accurate processes in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with department leaders to identify hiring priorities, define role needs, and carry out effective recruiting plans for both salaried and hourly positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, guiding selection decisions, and supporting a smooth hiring experience.
• Advise employees and supervisors on workplace policies, performance concerns, and employee relations matters while promoting fair and consistent practices.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are prepared for a successful start and receive the information needed to integrate into the organization.
• Maintain personnel files, employment records, and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits-related and general HR administrative processes, helping employees understand available programs and required documentation.
• Use HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and Lawson to manage employee data, recruiting activity, and reporting needs.
• Help ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment laws, internal standards, and healthcare industry expectations.• Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR/Recruiting role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance-driven personnel processes.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting for a range of positions, including exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent acquisition systems, including tools such as Workday, Workday HCM, iCIMS, or Lawson HRIS.
• Ability to interpret policies, manage sensitive information appropriately, and exercise sound judgment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and employees at all levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
