This opportunity offers: Competitive base salary of $130,000 to $150,000, plus eligibility for up to a 10% annual bonus Direct partnership with the CEO, President, and executive leadership team on strategic financial initiatives Leadership of an established accounting team of 6 to 7 professionals The opportunity to influence budgeting, forecasting, operational performance, and financial strategy A stable manufacturing organization with an established foundation and significant opportunity to continue improving processes and supporting future growth A collaborative environment where your expertise and leadership will make a measurable impact Controller – Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making Oversee inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting while providing operational insights Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and efficiencies while maintaining a strong control environment Controller – Qualifications Manufacturing accounting experience with strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and production financials Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams, preferably with responsibility for six or more direct reports Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager with progressive leadership responsibility in a manufacturing or related industrial environment. Experience with Sage 50 or a similar manufacturing ERP is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
