Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads, paperwork, and confidential information efficiently
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students as needed
• Support crisis intervention strategies and contribute to behavioral management planning
• Offer consultative services to school staff regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health needs
• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and mandates
