ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2010 after spending many years in State Farm leadership, bringing a strong foundation in mentoring, operations, and service into agency ownership. I earned my marketing degree from the University of Texas, and outside the office I enjoy golfing, gardening, and spending time in the mountains, on the lake, or out boating.


Our team of six works closely together and takes pride in being deeply connected to the community we serve. We stay highly involved within a 10-mile radius of the office, with a strong focus on local schools - supporting fundraisers, sponsoring teams, serving on boards that helped develop parks, and even bringing coffee to teachers as a small way to say thank you.

We offer time-and-a-half pay for events, a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sage Kohler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
