YOUR OPPORTUNITYAs the Human Resources Director (Corporate Functions), you will be responsible for supporting our people strategies for key business areas. Your role will involve partnering with leadership teams across multiple areas to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.ABOUT YOUYou are a dynamic, authentic, and agile leader, known for your action-oriented approach and results-driven mindset. You will be based in Miami, Florida.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, training and retention.Support design and ensure implementation of org changes aligned with role model organizations and talent strategy.Monitor employee engagement level, support implementation of action plans to drive engagement.Conduct and Lead Talent Review processes to ensure succession pipeline for critical rolesSupport line managers in creation and implementation of development plans for identified population (e.g. top/rising talent).Recruit and integrate high quality candidates according to business needs, lead-time and recruitment cost targets.Drive and advocate for Global Reflections strategies and plans in all of our primo activities.Drive Building Capabilities programs for the team(s) in line with people strategy and plans.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
