Assistant Facility Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager to support daily operations of a commercial real estate portfolio. In this client-facing role, you will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, oversee vendors, manage work orders, and help ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently. You will assist with budgeting, reporting, and tracking service levels, while supporting tenant requests and space changes. Working within JLL’s performance-driven, collaborative culture, you’ll contribute to sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.
