The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales of physical goods by managing customer interactions, processing orders, and delivering compelling sales presentations. This position reports directly to the sales manager and utilizes various communication platforms and sales analytics tools to support customer needs and optimize sales performance. The role offers opportunities for growth into senior sales positions with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective customers
- Accurately process orders and manage quote preparation
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to assist customers
- Provide responsive customer support and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Salesforce
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team
- Solid product knowledge related to physical goods
