What You'll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Maintain strong resident relationships and contribute to resident retention efforts Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies Support community marketing and leasing goals Participate in weekend leasing activities as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, organized, and self-motivated mindset Weekend availability required Property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Why Join Pedcor?
