SKILLS
Hands‑on expertise in oligonucleotide therapeutics discovery, synthesis, and nucleic acid chemistry to support RNAi drug discovery programs. BS/MS degree in Organic Chemistry or a related scientific discipline. Hands‑on experience with automated oligonucleotide synthesizers, oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and characterization techniques. Strong experience with analytical platforms including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry for oligonucleotide purification, characterization, and impurity profiling. Knowledge of RNAi therapeutics and nucleic acid therapeutic modalities within pharmaceutical or biotechnology research environments.
