Business Manager/Superintendent Secretary Title Business Manager/Superintendent Secretary Location Description The Business Manager is a key leader responsible for managing and directing the district's business functions, including accounting, budgeting, procurement, accounts payable, payroll support, and the accurate maintenance of financial records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines. In addition, this role serves as Secretary to the Superintendent, providing confidential administrative assistance and supporting the smooth and effective operation of the superintendent's office. Requirements Strong understanding of accounting procedures and sound financial practices. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and standard office technology. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. Demonstrated customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
