Operations Specialist

Operations SpecialistTierPoint is seeking an Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in providing high quality customer service and supporting internal and external communication. Ideal candidates will have experience providing customer service in general administrative duties. In this role you will have the opportunity to act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment while escalating urgent issues appropriately to senior staff. An understanding of your role as it relates to the functioning of day-to-day operations will also be critical.We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, appearance, and the upkeep of the facility—someone dependable, adaptable, and ready to tackle the ever-changing demands of a 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate builds trusted relationships with internal teams and customers alike, representing TierPoint's reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.Shift will be as follows:Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmResponsibilitiesProvides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.Assist with assigned projects to support Sales, Marketing, Operations, Security and Compliance.Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; coordinates meetings between different departments internally as well as external meetings via web conference, conference call or in person.Scheduling and calendar management for several employees.Produce reports, minutes and presentations.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to use good judgment and decision-making skillsAdequate professional experience and knowledge to perform Job ResponsibilitiesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work both independently and with othersAbility to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlinesProficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applicationsPreferred ExperiencePrior experience particularly in the data center industryHigh School degree or experience in a customer service/help desk environment.Pay Transparency TierPoint is committed to practices that promote pay equity and transparency. It's important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.Pay Range $17.72 - $26.58
